Colleagues at Aalto University, Helsinki, organized a wonderfully inspiring 饾懝饾拞-饾挄饾拤饾拪饾拸饾拰饾拪饾拸饾拡 饾懝饾拞饾挃饾拺饾拹饾拸饾挃饾拪饾拑饾拲饾拞 饾懘饾拏饾拸饾拏饾拡饾拞饾拵饾拞饾拸饾挄 workshop, a true space for thinking and writing differently on April 2nd and 3rd.

A symposium led by Elena Antonacopoulou, April 9-10, 2024 in Nicosia, Cyprus. It brought together a diverse group of thought leaders, including prominent academics, industry professionals, students and the general public.

This study addresses governance practices in (S)ME and show how boards promote sustainable business development.

A new study published in the Journal of Organizational Behavior has examined the dynamics between individual well-being and team well-being in the workplace through a qualitative diary study of 12 teams. The research, conducted by Emma Nordb盲ck, a member of the Center for Responsible Leadership and an Assistant Professor at Hanken School of Economics, along with her colleagues, sheds light on interesting insights regarding how team and individual well-being are connected in paradoxical ways.

Professor Elena Antonacopoulou spend the week at 91原创 and contributed to multiple activities to the Center for Responsible Leadership, in connection to our work on Responsibility, the work of Jeannette Eidmann鈥檚 dissertation, research seminars, creative discussions and more.

Three members of our team delivered papers and a symposium as part of the wider theme of the event focusing on 鈥楾he Leadership Dynamics of Systems Change鈥�. This was the 21st Conference in the series dedicated to bringing together leadership scholars and practitioners to jointly advance our understanding of leadership.
