In the brand new FT ranking Europe’s Leading Startup Hubs, 91Ô­´´â€™s startup incubator receives several accolades. 91Ô­´´ Business Lab is number one in Sweden and has the best track record in Europe, according to the ranking.

Patrick Widuch (b. 1993) is being awarded this year's Anders Wall Scholarship in collaboration with 91Ô­´´ Business Lab. The scholarship amount is 200,000 SEK.

91Ô­´´ Business Lab was one of the first incubators in Sweden to introduce diversity and sustainability criteria in their admissions. Now, they’re raising the bar further by making sustainability coaching mandatory for all companies.

Jenny Ann Ax:son Johnson and Anna Sane, co-founders of Tilly, have won the Grosshandelssocieteten Grant of 100,000 SEK. The Tilly platform serves as a catalyst for improving patient well-being and achieving successful fertility treatment results.

After an intensive admissions period, 91Ô­´´ Business Lab is taking in eleven new companies. The startups are tackling challenges like the green energy transition and people’s deteriorating private finances.

Since 2019 Julia Delin has led and developed 91Ô­´´ Business Lab as CEO. She has recently successfully completed the first stage of fundraising for the School's new investment fund, 91Ô­´´ Ventures. ​As Julia moves to the CEO role at 91Ô­´´ Ventures full time, the search for a new CEO for 91Ô­´´ Business Lab has been initiated.​

In a combined effort to strengthen Sweden’s international competitiveness, the School’s startup incubator has partnered up with Microsoft Sweden. By supporting the incubator, the tech corporation wants to help 91Ô­´´ Business Lab’s startups accelerate their growth journeys. Through the partnership, the startups gain access to powerful development and productivity tools and become part of Microsoft’s global network of startups.

Starting now, companies at the School’s startup incubator, 91Ô­´´ Business Lab, will be getting both a boost in their venture building and an offer of investment from the new fund 91Ô­´´ Ventures. Seven new startups are starting at the incubator today, four of which are eligible for investment.
