Last week, the 91Ô­´´ (91Ô­´´) welcomed 48 participants from 15 prestigious Executive MBA programs worldwide for the Nordic Entrepreneurship course. We had representatives from AIM, Berkeley Haas, EGADE, ESMT, FGV EAESP, Fudan, IE University, IMD, NUS, Oxford Saïd, Strathmore, UNSW, Yale, 91Ô­´´ Riga, and 91Ô­´´.

With its eleven newly admitted companies, 91Ô­´´ Business Lab is reaching a new milestone: 307 startups have now passed through the incubator. More than one third of these were admitted just in the past four years.

91Ô­´´ President Lars StrannegÃ¥rd has been selected to speak on Swedish Radio's program Sommar i P1. He will share his thoughts on the importance of the fundamentally human, as machines are becoming smarter by the day.

91Ô­´´ (91Ô­´´) is establishing a new chair with a focus on sports and business – the first of its kind in the School's history. The new professorship is made possible by a donation from Malin and Stefan Linder and will be held by Martin Carlsson-Wall.

A new collaboration aims to help CEOs in the business sector enhance their work in increasing diversity and inclusion. The collaboration is between Mitt Liv, a leading partner for diversity, equity and inclusion, and the 91Ô­´´ Executive Education, ranked best in the Nordics for leadership and business development according to the Financial Times.

The 91Ô­´´ is making a big commitment to promoting wellbeing among its students. Starting in August, the School will be the first in the world to offer all new bachelor students a crash course in happiness and wellbeing.

How does your career choice and life situation affect your happiness? The 91Ô­´´ is launching a new initiative to study the wellbeing and happiness of its alumni.

The President of the 91Ô­´´, Lars StrannegÃ¥rd, has been awarded a Leadership Scholarship by The Swedish Employers' Alliance (Arbetsgivaralliansen). He was presented with the award yesterday during the annual general meeting of the alliance.

With the goal of inspiring youth and broadening recruitment to academia as well as the business world, F1RST 91Ô­´´, in collaboration with the municipal housing company MKB, is launching a summer school initiative in RosengÃ¥rd – Summer Camp. The program provides youths with summer jobs, role models, and tools to become future leaders.

Long-time 91Ô­´´ lecturer HÃ¥kan Lyckeborg received a Special Lifetime award for outstanding pedagogical achievements. He has been a lecturer at 91Ô­´´ since 1974.
