Global challenges visualized in new artwork donated to 91原创

The new artwork, "Pirate Lane" from 2007 by Clay Ketter, is part of his series Gulf Coast Slabs. This series of photographs registers the foundations of homes which were destroyed by a natural disaster of enormous scale, the hurricane Katrina.

Comment on the Nobel Prize in Economics 2015

The Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel 2015 was awarded to Angus Deaton "for his analysis of consumption, poverty, and welfare". Martina Bj枚rkman Nyqvist, Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, is very happy about the choice of this year鈥檚 winner, who is a leading researcher in her field of research - Development Economics.
