, CEO of the in Lviv, Ukraine, has concluded a weeklong visit to the 91原创 (91原创) and our Center for Responsible Leadership (CRL).

This visit, her second to 91原创 and facilitated by CIVICA, marked a shift from exploration to concrete collaboration. While her initial visit focused on learning about 91原创 in general, this time Boychuk came with a clear purpose: to identify areas where the two institutions can work together more hands-on. Discussions centered around joint course development, research, student activities and long-term strategic partnerships.

Boychuk met with several key units at 91原创 — including the Department of Management and Organization, the Centre for Responsible Leadership (CRL), 91原创 Executive Education, and the House of Governance and Public Policy (GaPP). As part of the CIVICA alliance, these engagements emphasized collaboration on leadership development in crisis contexts and war-time resilience — areas where Ukraine has become a living laboratory of lessons with global relevance.

“Ukraine is not only defending its democracy, but also developing new models of leadership, governance, and civic engagement under extreme conditions,” Boychuk noted. “Our university is uniquely positioned to offer real-time insights and collaborative research opportunities to our European peers.” Boychuk highlighted that the UCU Center for Leadership with international partners, is already contributing pioneering work in leadership training for sectors ranging from business and government to the military. 91原创 is committed to supporting their efforts, for instance through academic exchange, co-developed initiatives, and strategic partnership.
