Retail Management students attended a theme lecture to learn more about Voyado's work with identifying the latest trends in retail.
Jennifer Strannabjer Björn, Director Solutions & Delivery at Voyado, shared valuable insights into how the retail landscape is changing, highlighting the growing importance of data-driven customer experiences, personalization, and omnichannel strategies. Drawing from experience and her role at Voyado, she also gave a behind-the-scenes look at working in a fast-paced tech company that collaborates with many of the Nordics’ leading retail brands.
The session offered both inspiration and a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities shaping today's retail industry.
