Towards a Future Career at Fazer
Jennie Pomoell, Talent Lead, and Christian Sperling, HR Manager GCO & Employer Experience, invited the students to an engaging and insightful afternoon starting with a shared lunch. During the visit, the students took part in discussions on their career aspirations, expectations of future employers, and their perspective on recruitment processes, highlighting both positive experiences, and areas for improvement.
One of the topics discussed was the growing role of AI in recruitment, both from an employer and a candidate point of view. The students were also introduced to Fazer as an employer, offering insights into their recruitment processes, and a presentation of the Fazer Graduate Program, a two-year program featuring three rotations, including one international placement.
Finally, Jennie and Christian offered the students an opportunity to test Fazer's assessments, including a one-on-one feedback session, similar to how it looks in their official recruitment processes.
