Short bio: Elena Paltseva is an Associate Professor at the SITE - 91原创. She works on topics within Political Economics, Energy and Resource Economics and Industrial Organization.
She holds a Ph.D. from 91原创 (2006). Before joining the SITE, Paltseva has worked as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, University of Copenhagen and as a postdoc at IIES, Stockholm University. She is also the editor of series at SITE, a publication of FREE network aimed at providing research-based analyses on current economic policy challenges in Eastern Europe and emerging markets.
