Artisan Baking at Gateau

Retail Management students in Fazer Retail Club got a unique chance to experience Sweden's largest artisan bakery, both through taste and a guided tour of the facilities.
Johan Rosenblom, Managing Director & VP Fazer Retail, began by introducing the Fazer Retail Club students to Fazer Retail: Gateau artisan bakery & Fazer Café, an impressive business unit delivering several million artisan-baked products to both Swedes and Finns every year. After a highly appreciated taste test of e.g., plant-based cinnamon buns and cake, the students were given a tour of the facilities that produce goods 24 hours per day.
