Nästa Steg - Two intensive days filled with energy, ideas and meaningful connections
During Next Step, elite athletes and high-performing professionals from the Swedish Armed Forces came together to discuss performance under pressure, the courage to dare to fail, leadership, and culture. They also explored career transitions, formal and informal competencies, and the importance of occasionally stepping outside our own bubbles in order to continue growing.
Despite clear differences between sports and the Armed Forces, there are many shared fundamentals: responsibility, discipline, teamwork, and the ability to perform when it truly matters. When sectors come together, new perspectives emerge - along with unexpected insights.
A big thank you to all participants for your openness, curiosity, and engagement. Next Step continues to demonstrate the power of bringing together sports, defense, society, and leadership.
