As Director, Campus Kämpasten, you will have overall responsibility for the conference facility and lead the development of Kämpasten as a premium destination for learning and meetings. You will drive, develop, and commercialize the operation with a strong focus on quality, profitability, and long-term sustainability.

The role carries clear commercial responsibility and involves close collaboration with 91Ô­´´ Executive Education and the 91Ô­´´, ensuring that Kämpasten is an integrated and attractive part of the School’s ecosystem. You will lead and develop the organization, collaborate with external partners, and be responsible for the long-term management and development of the property and surrounding land. 

The position reports to the CEO of 91Ô­´´ Executive Education.
