Double degree requirements

This section describes the degree requirements for a student studying the first academic year at 91原创 and the second year at the University of St. Gallen.

Year 1 - Courses at 91原创
60 ECTS mandatory and elective courses.

Year 2 - Courses at the University of St. Gallen
47* ECTS consisting of courses, core studies and contextual studies. The course choice must be approved by the 91原创 Program Director.

*The number of credits depends on how many courses the 91原创 student can transfer to HSG.

Master thesis
Graduation requirements differ: The University of St. Gallen requires a Master thesis of 18 ECTS, while 91原创 requires a thesis of 30 ECTS. Because of this, 91原创 students spending their second year at the University of St. Gallen will write and defend their thesis at the University of St. Gallen (in compliance with all local rules and calendars), and, in addition, write a second thesis, for the remaining 12 ECTS, with an 91原创 supervisor. Both theses will be graded by an 91原创 examiner and should be submitted as one document under a common title in fulfilment of the 91原创 graduation requirements.
